The SoCalREN Learning Center offers an ongoing selection of training courses and resources designed to enhance your participation in energy efficiency programs. After registering, you can browse courses, add them to your course list, and complete courses on your own schedule. The SoCalREN Learning Center is an ICF initiative. New content will be added frequently by participating utilities and programs. 

Goals of the SoCalREN Learning Center include:

• Training in the latest home performance standards
• Facilitating submission to accrediting agencies such as the Building Performance Institute (BPI)
• Providing self-paced training opportunities to better fit your schedule
